Loan Criteria		The amount and terms of the loan offered are solely dependent on collateral offered

Credit Reports		Unnecessary and not used for loan underwriting
Interest Rates		Typically 12-18% in the first year, and more thereafter
Guarantors		Personal guarantees will be required
Fees		Typically 8% on funding. Commitment fees are also required.

Documentation Needed		Informal, but supply as much as you can as early as possible. This should include the amount needed, complete description of collateral offered, any appraisals obtained on the collateral, and environmental surveys carried out.
